Ever since my university days, I’ve loved studying — especially courses related to mental health, such as psychology of adjustment, science of happiness, and mediation. I also devoted time to research, analyzing topics like the correlation between unemployment and suicide rates, the genetics of depression, etc. During that period, I was also actively involved for two years in an official university organization preventing and supporting survivors of sexual violence.

Still, that wasn’t enough. So I went on to graduate school, where I gained deeper and more specialized knowledge. There, I realized something important — a lot of valuable knowledge remains trapped in academia and rarely gets applied to the real world. That felt meaningless to me. At the same time, I began to see the gaps and challenges within the mental health industry — areas that still need improvement and innovation. That’s when I decided to start my own business — to put my knowledge into practice and bring my vision to life.

My mission is to support people by integrating insights and methods from positive psychology, clinical psychology, neuroscience, the scienc of wellbeing, etc. (You can read more about this here.)

Of course, I believe it’s also important to make the business financially sustainable, so that both I and future wellbeing coaches can make a living. But above all, I want this work to create a positive impact on society. I’m not doing this to look impressive — I simply want to do something that feels deeply meaningful and fulfilling.
