The Services are designed to support Users in self-understanding, goal achievement, stress reduction, and enhancement of wellbeing, based on psychology, wellbeing science, neuroscience, and related fields. However, the Services do not constitute medical practice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Article 3 (Application and Formation of Contract)
A contract is established when the User makes a reservation or application through the website or other designated means.
Cancellations or changes after the contract has been established are subject to the separately defined Cancellation Policy.
Article 4 (Fees and Payment)
The fee for each service is as indicated on the website.
Payments shall be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified by the Business.
Payment is required at the time of application or before the start of the service.
Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts:

The Services provide psychological support and coaching, and results may vary among individuals. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
The Services may be temporarily suspended due to communication environment issues or system failures.
Article 7 (Cancellation and Refunds)
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Business’s Cancellation Policy.

Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Business appropriately manages Users’ personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Article 9 (Changes or Suspension of Services)
The Business may, without prior notice to Users, change, suspend, or terminate service content due to unavoidable circumstances.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the location of the Business.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall take effect on October 5, 2025.
The Terms are subject to revision, and any changes will be announced on this page.
